Modern, newly renovated apartment in very convenient walking distance to old town, waterfront and marina with a grocery store downstairs and several restaurants on the same street. Beautiful view out over the water and old town. Hosts were responsive to questions. Great air conditioning.

The outside of the building (some of which has been tagged with graffiti,) stairwell and small, slow elevator are older, not in the greatest of shape, and are not reflective of the apartment itself. Walking up to the unit felt a bit shady until we saw the actual apartment. Both the free and paid parking (which charges hourly) were both very difficult to come by, at least at the peak of summer season. If you don't have to have a car, I would not recommend bringing one. Although structurally stable, one of the balconies had a lower, more open railing that I personally would not be comfortable with having small children around.

Everything was perfect - apartment has amazing view, clean, comfortable and in very good condition, everything worked. Highly recommended!

The corner apartment was truly fabulous, especially considering the slightly worn building, it was very modern and had views in two directions. There were two elevators which helped us move luggage. The space was modern and included a really nice kitchen with a great coffee station (with coffee) along with a wonderful shower and a PS3 system (a hit with teenagers). We didn't use the washer as we stayed only one night, but there was soap to go with it. The area was quite busy and while we could hear some traffic noise, it was just gave atmosphere. The sunset view over the old town was truly beautiful and we could've comfortably stayed longer.

There is not dedicated parking and while the building is next to a free lot, it was full. The advice to "wait until a spot opened" did not fit our schedule and we paid to park on the street, which was not very expensive.

Stunning views! Gorgeous apartment. Super communicative host. We needed help with the tv and he was right there to give instructions. The location was perfect, just out side city center and a stone”s throw from the walking bridge that connects to old town Zadar. Wish we had stayed longer it was so luxurious.

Breathtaking the minute we walked in and opened the blinds. Wrap around 180+ degree views from both sides of the very spacious 2 bedtroom, 1.5 bath apartment - 10th/highest floor of the tallest building on the waterfront. Large kitchen/dining space and good size living room, both attached to 2 large decks with views to old town, harbor & sea - tables, chairs. Very light and bright but with blackout and sound-reducing shutters. Good A/C throughout. Modern furnishings, full amenities. Lots of kitchen gear for a larger party. Clear and easy self-check in directions provided in advance. Located perfectly just across the street from the foot bridge to Old Town. Excellent bonus of free parking in a lot right next to the building. We loved Zadar (or we may have spent all our time in the apartment) - just wish we'd had more time for both. Truly a special place.

Parking facility is hard to find

The viiew was spectacular to watch the beautiful sunsets. The apartment was very spacious. The coffee machine was appreciated with plenty of coffee.

There were a few dust balls behind the doors and under the beds. The frying pan was not usable as the coating was peeling off. It would be nice to have oil provided for cooking.

Our recent stay at this apartment was truly memorable! From the moment we made the booking, the host provided us with excellent pre-arrival information, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns we had with lightning-fast speed. As for the apartment itself, it was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, modern, and boasting a truly breathtaking view, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The two balconies were a delightful feature – one perfect for enjoying breakfast bathed in the morning sun, and the other ideal for watching the spectacular sunset unfold in the afternoon. With panoramic views of the harbour, bridge, old town, city, islands, and ocean from both balconies, it truly felt like a slice of paradise. Convenience was another highlight, with a supermarket conveniently located in the building and two elevators (albeit slow ones) whisking us up to the top floor where the apartment awaited. Of course, no stay is without its minor hiccups, and for us, it was the occasional odor from the drains, particularly noticeable in the large bathroom. While we suspect it may be due to the age of the building, it would have been nice to have a good-smelling machine or similar to help alleviate this issue. Just to clarify, there is one bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the other "bathroom" only has a toilet, no shower. Despite this small inconvenience, our overall experience was nothing short of perfect. Friends have already been in touch to inquire about our stay in Zadar, and we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in the area. As for us, we're already looking forward to returning and staying here again on our next trip to Zadar. It's simply too good to resist!
