Penthouse Dolcevita

The exterior is not too nice, then a tiny cramped elevator to top floor, but the view is the pay off, absolutely stunning. Plenty of room everywhere, really comfortable.

The view, the large dining table, 2 bathrooms, functional kitchen, tea & coffee provided, supermarket underneath the apartment. Location is superb just a 5 min walk across bridge to old town

Great location with spectacular views. Very easy to get to most places around Zadar

The drain smell in the main bathroom was quite bad.

The location for a visit to Zadar is fantastic. The view from the balconies and nearly every room is spectacular. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning in every room. We could walk to old town Zadar across the pedestrian bridge in a few minutes. Appreciated self check-in.

It was surprising to us that little things like body wash, shampoo and laundry soap were not provided. Parking was also a challenge. Small annoyances that shouldn’t occur in an otherwise top tier property.

The location of Penthouse Dolcevita is absolutely spectacular. It has the best view of Zadar and the boats coming and going on the Adriatic, with premium location to watch the sunset! Ultimate convenience with an elevator and half a block only to cross the pedestrian bridge to the Old Town. Thankful for the automatic espresso coffee machine! Spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen, baths and appliances, and washing machine.

I wish we had more time to stay here! would be helpful to have an extra set of bath towels per person. For showering, it would be helpful to have wash cloths, which United States tourists, at least, are used to using. For going to the beach, or jumping in the Adriatic near Sea Organ, beach towels

Very modern Appartment with super easy self-check in. Fantastic view & very close to the oldtown.

Outstanding location, with elevator, AC and an outstanding view. We couldn’t stop starring at the windows.
