Nice view of Zadar Old Town, although blocked by a concrete balustrade (you need to stand up to see it).

Toilet smell, very dirty floor, stains on walls, broken or squeaky furniture Poor maintenance: loose handles, crooked cupboards, cracked veneer, flickering lamp Shower switch faulty, curtain rails broken. No sunshade on terrace, broken terrace chairs, no drying rack Bad WiFi, harsh lighting (no dimmers), stopped clock Dirty cups, towels from different boat charter companies, partial window cleaning only Detergent product in the water cooker. Unpleasant surroundings (man urinating at entrance) Host accused us of making noise and breaking house rules, but it turned out that it was happening on another location. Host blamed us for floor heating issue. Host made a lot of misinterpretations and made assumptions about us that were not true. Bad for our holiday vibe. Overall: For this price, the apartment should be in top shape, but it’s poorly maintained and disappointing.

Excellent host, fast and clean replies. Awesome location with beautiful sea views throughout all day. Morning breakfast in shade or evening coffee looking on all the Zadar lights. If you like to catch some Netflix during your vacation - the TV is top notch, big screen. There is enough AC to keep the entire apartment cool.

No shampoo or shower gels. Bathroom drain smell can get quite bad. Second bedroom is not suitable for two adults. Small beds and small storage.

Property is in an excellent location with great views of the old town. It is spacious and light with good aircon and shutters to keep cool in the hotter weather.

Lacking a few kitchen supplies (bin liners, coffee pot, tin foil etc.) and the beds and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable.

Location is absolutely perfect. View is incredible. The flat is spacious and cosy.

Penthouse Dolcevita is exceptionally well located just beside the bridge into Old Town. Due to this and its 10th floor location, the apartment is very quiet. Every day I enjoyed the terraces for coffee, reading, people-watching, and sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked, there’s plenty of hot water in the shower and the manager is very responsive. This apartment would be comfortable for a couple (I was solo and had heaps of room) or a small family. The extra bathroom does not have a shower. Conveniences: a washing machine, two lifts, a small supermarket on the 1st floor, restaurants & a handy bakery steps from the bridge. I definitely recommend this penthouse and would stay there again if I returned to Zadar❣️

The VIEW!!! Easy parking very close. Excellent location. Comfy bed. AND there is an elevator to get you to the tenth floor apartment. Well appointed kitchen.

Bad smell from the bathroom very very stinky Early checkout at 10 am is not suitable

The location is perfect 3 minutes walk from the old town and everything you need is around. The double bed is very comfortable. The view is the best and most beautiful part of the apartment.

Unfortunately, everything was not as it should be and our stay there was unpleasant and frustrating. 1. The apartment was freezing when we arrived, the heating is on air conditioning and underfloor heating, so it takes a long time to warm up the rooms. The main unit of underfloor heating was not working, which it turned out that the lessor knew about and we were not informed about it. If they already knew it wasn't working, the air conditioners could have been turned on earlier. We traveled with a 5-month-old baby who, due to the cold, had to be kept dressed in a jacket for 3 hours after arrival. 2. The dishwasher was full of dishes that needed to be put away. 3. We had to wait an additional 2 hours for the baby crib, even though they knew a month before that the baby was coming with us and that we needed a crib. 4. Many things in the apartment are worn out and damaged. 5. What bothered us the most was that we often had to be in contact because of the failure of the heating. In the end, the promised heating repairman, whom we waited for all day, did not come. 6. The bathroom has no heating and is too cold.
