Perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum mit aller Infrastruktur in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar (besonders toll der Lovran er Markt gleich über die Strasse). Zum Meer hin ist man in 2 Minuten direkt am Strand mit Wunderbarer Bar. Terrasse mit Blick auf auf Meer und ins Grüne.

Poloha, čistota, skvelá komunikácia s majiteľkou, krásna záhrada, pekáreň vo Ville, všetky obchody len cez ulicu, kľudné a čisté more a hlavne súkromie, ktoré táto časť letoviska ponúka. Majiteľka Lara veľmi rýchlo reagovala na všetky požiadavky a pomohla dať tipy, ako si dovolenku v Lovrane spríjemniť. Je ozaj ústretová. S takýmto prístupom sa nestretnete všade. Apartmán má výborne vybavenú kuchyňu, takže aj keď je dovolenka bez stravy, sami si dokážete nachystať skvelé jedlo. Ak hľadáte pokojnú dovolenku a chcete si užiť romantické chvíle, Villa Clara je na to stvorená. Budúci rok pôjdeme opäť a zarezervujte si ju aj vy :) URČITE NEOĽUJETE !

Všetko bolo skvelé, jediná maličká rada, že by bolo vhodné vymeniť matrace za tvrdšie. Inak sa tomuto ubytovanie nedá nič iné vytknúť.

Great location, just a few steps from the beach side. The Host is lovely, very kind and helpful. We had everything we needed at this super clean and comfy apartment.

The location is perfect. Everything is within 2 minutes walking distance.

Fabulous location on main road at bus stop, but because it was downstairs, quiet and peaceful with a pretty view through the garden to the sea. Lovely outdoor sitting area and a very mellow vibe. Great bar at the bottom of the garden path! Clean and comfortable, and well equipped kitchenette. Bed was comfortable, and generous amenities provided in the modern bathroom. A wonderful studio space for a relaxing time. Host was super responsive whenever I needed assistance.

Great location to the centre of town and the little garden walk down to the beach bar. Air conditioning was great, super super clean and tidy, very helpful and friendly staff, welcome liquor (not our preference) but lovely touch. Small kitchenette with freezer was a bonus. Communication was easy. Moka pot for coffee and oil and vinegar in kitchen too.

Quite a lot of noise of moving furniture of walking about in other parts of the building after midnight all 3 nights we stayed made it hard to get to sleep. I misinterpreted the photos of the cafe beach as part of the villa it isn't but a small walk down the hill, not quite beachfront in the way I expected. Each apartment had a terrace but only blinds between each one so privacy is strange and you sort of feel like you're in a tent box as you can't open the top awning. And no view other than the overgrown garden. Just different to what we had hoped for. Some confusion with where to walk when entering and exiting as the appartment next to us kept crossing in front of our window instead of using the garden path. Then lots of crossing back and forth as the cleaners cleaned that apartment. Privacy was strange. The curtains don't fit the windows properly. Too small on each side so lots of gaps and there in no door to the bedroom so curtains need to be closed at all times, unless you are ok with people walking by seeing you in bed. The layout of the room was different to what we thought too, not much space for suitcases, but travelling light and wanting a very central base to just sleep in this is a clean and very compact find.
