Villa Clara

The apartments at Villa Clara are small but beautiful. Perfect for a couple. The location is superb - close to the old town, the lungomare promenade, close to all of the best restaurants, the beach etc. The terrace is lovely, it is shared with the other apartments but still you can crate your own privacy by lowering down the stores. Each apartment has their own private entrance. The view of the gardens ( with the lovely fragrances of rosemary and lavender ) and the closeness to the beach brings you a sense of a true oasis of peace. The hosts are exceptionally nice and friendly - they are very knowledgeable about the town and region and they will go out of their way to make your stay simply fabulous. We are thankful for the great stay!

Great location very close to the Lungomare promenade. Nice views. Good communication with the host, who allowed us to check in and out earlier. Well-equipped kitchen.

We stayed there in May. Our unit (App. 4) was rather small, both the living room/kitchen and bedroom, with little light. The unit was humid, likely because it had been empty and not heated for months. The air-conditioning heating functioned well, but it didn't help much. Sitting inside on a rainy day was not an option.

Lovely place for two, very well equipped, esp. kitchen - tea, coffee, even cocoa, cornflakes, fridge stuffed with local cheese, salami, jogurts, milk, eggs, butter (we booked a room with breakfast, they don’t serve it, but you have everything you need) 👍 We enjoyed sitting at the terrace. The acces to the sea is just 50-60 m from the terrace, walking through a lovely garden and beach bar. Just around the corner (literally) you have a bakery and local market with fruits, vegetables, meat, fish… You are in the center of a beautiful town of Lovran, there’s plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was very nice and responsive. What more to ask for.

Location, kindness of the owners, quite, great welcome food and drinks

Brand new and well equipped apartment with a terrace (shared with the other aparments). Excellent location: 1 minute walking through a garden to the beach; 3 minutes walking to the town center with sevetal amazing restaurants. The host was very helpful in resheduling our trip. Thank you!

The breakfast was just some durable groceries in the fridge (toast bread and low-cost salami). Buying a 4 star property, we looked for some homemade bakery or local delicacies (like we experienced at other similar places).
