Mari

We had a lovely stay with Mari. She is a generous and kind host who met us when we arrived to help us park, gave us cake she’d made that day and prepared a coffee with biscuits for us in the morning. The room is very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. It’s an easy walk to the waterfront/centre of Opatija. Highly recommend staying with Mari!

Gazdarica jako ljubazna i pristupačna. Lokacija na par minuta hoda do centra. Apartman predivno uređen. Vraćamo se opet nagodinu! :D

Gostiteljica je izjemno gostoljubna, prijazna in skrbna :)

Razgled je fenomenalen, hoja do plaze precej zahtevna.

Izredno prijazna gospa, vedno dosegljiva in pripravljena pomagati. Zadnji dan sva še dobila kavo in zajtrk.

Marica je sjajan domaćin i veoma je srdačna. Sve pohvale i preporuke za ovaj smeštaj!

Marica is a great host! She was waiting with fresh food and also received some small things during our stay. She helped a lot and answered all of our questions. The room is tiny, but perfect for a couple for a small vacation. The location and the view was great.

The kitchen is not fully equipped, but totally OK for a holiday!

A great location, quiet, so long as you are alright with steps. It's a steep up hill from town and beaches. The bed was comfortable and a/c good. Pretty view from bedroom window. Great outdoor area, shared, but we were the only guests during our stay, with 3 seating areas, one having a sea view between the properties. Outdoor space is shared with cats so it helps if you don't mind them, they didn't bother us. Some outdoor space undercover which was useful when it rained. Marica our host was generous and thoughtful, as others have said.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tiny, kitchenette ok but it would be nigh on impossible for 2 people to eat in there. I can't remember if the square footage of the property is on the information.

Small and Extremely clean - plenty of hot water and a powerful shower - sea view from the bedroom window - good aircon

There are many steps up to the apartment so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - However this is only a small issue as the accommodation is excellent
