Small and Extremely clean - plenty of hot water and a powerful shower - sea view from the bedroom window - good aircon

There are many steps up to the apartment so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - However this is only a small issue as the accommodation is excellent

The welcome of Marica is great. She is devoted to make the stay of her host pleasant. And she is a very nice person. Thank you so much!

Small room, with limited space and equipment. .it was really hot and difficult to stay outside Parlking is not exactly at the place of the room Beaches of Opatija are crowded.

It was so clean!! Marica was an amazing host. She was so helpful and hospitable. And so available. We really felt like we were at home.

It was a little small so we opted to leave our suitcases in the car and only bring a bag of what we needed.

Mrs Marica with her great kindness and such a sense for beauty that is seen then in the apartement and around it. Very charming, especialy all the detailes. For our needs and purpose that was just a perfect accomondation with wonderful view!

Marica is this type of host who will do her best to ensure your stay will be the best possible. When arriving, and after waiting for us to a reserved parking spot, she gave us the rule of the studio: "tomorrow, before you leave, I'll offer you the coffee". Definitely, Marica is smiling and will leave you with positive thoughts about Croatians.

Nothing. (For some people the stairs might be a problem, but not for us).

Nice and clean, the host was very kind and welcomed us in, gave some recommendations about places to eat and so on. We also got coffee and cookies when we checked out!

Some might not like the steep walk uphill to the apartment from the beach.

Everything was perfect and Mari was a very nice and caring host. We even got a cake when we arrived and the next day a homemade breakfast.
