Apartments Silva with a view of sea

Everything. Outstanding staff, exceptional apartment with pool. Cool to water/sea, views stunning, pool fabulous! No one thing I could fault.

Nothing, I loved it and wish we stayed longer!

The owner Silva and cleaning ladies were super nice. You can ask for anything. You’ll get clean towels every three days. The outdoor pool is amazing and so are the hanging chairs (swings). I fell in love with them. There is a refrigerator with drinks in cans in the outdoor kitchen and you can take anything you want (different beers, juices, ice tea, ice coffee, coca, .. you name it). It costs 2,5 eur and you just write down what you took and pay in the end. We had everything we needed, the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The location of the property is the best. It is literally just a few steps from the beach. I’ve read in comments that people complained about going up the hill on their way back, but honestly it is no trouble at all and it is not that steep. Once you get to the beach, you can take a 10 min walk toward Copacabana beach (in Okrug Gornji), where are many restaurants and bars. Trogir - the old town - is approx. 10 min with a car. Ok, some streets on island Čiovo ARE very narrow, but manageable even for less experienced drivers.

This has nothing to do with the property - but the prices in restaurants, bars and even in the grocery stores are obnoxiously high - on island Čiovo and in Trogir, so be prepared for that.

Obiekt z fajnym basenem. Blisko do dobrej restauracji. Jedynie dojazd nie jest łatwy. Ostro pod górę lub w dół.

I had to go and find the relevant person and asked guests for where to go as they did not appear to be any signage.

I measage the host on the first night to inform them that the bathroom had an extremely strong smell of sewage. This resulted in us being unable to use the facilities and my son was next to the room, which smelt during the night. I reported this again in the morning and that the price should reflect the issues. This was not addressed with the host and no reduction was received. The host did explain that the smell was probably due to the room not being used recently and a build up for water??? Also there was no sheets etc. for my sons bed. The place would have been fine if it was not for the strong smell.

I have visited several accommodations in Croatia, this one is one of the best. All according descriptions! Great big heated pool, very nice and clean rooms - the most clean room ever! Hospitality of owner is outstanding - provided support and kindness. Thanks a lot for amazing experience.

Be ready for the beach what is not the best one, a lot of concrete and urchins. But nearby you can find nice "village" beach.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, and I especially enjoyed the pool and the relaxing lounge area. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the area is quite uphill, so be prepared for a bit of a climb — but it's absolutely worth it for the peaceful setting and great hospitality.

We had a great stay with a wonderful view over the ocean. Very clean and a very friendly host and staff. Relaxed and safe atmosphere. A wonderful little alley took you to the ocean by foot in two minutes. The pool area was great and we are in general really happy with everything.

The road down to the house is really, really steep. It's not a problem, but good to be aware of if you are driving there.

Lovely very accommodating hosts, property very clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool as the weather not good. Great access to beach for a walk and to the restaurants supermarket and bakers.

No soundproofing between apartments.
