The place is big, very nice, very clean. For the middle of January is was very well heated.

The toilet is really narrow and you can barely go in and close the door.

It's clearly run by an incompetent agency rather than a private person. Which would not be an issue if they had any kind of customer service. You will receive 2 numbers, one to contact via whatsup, another to contact in an emergency. An emergency in my books is arriving and not being able to access a faulty key lockbox, however the emergency number didn't share my opinion and thought "I don't know" was sufficient of an answer WhatsApp support sent the same access code, despite it not working, showed no urgency, and offered no apology. After saying they were “checking it,” I received no meaningful update. Thirty minutes later—while we were still outside in freezing conditions (-3°C, past 10 p.m.)—they asked whether I was at the correct address, which was both frustrating and inappropriate given the situation. Mistakes can happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, urgency, or customer care—especially from a company operating multiple properties rather than a private host. Being unable to access paid accommodation at night due to faulty systems and ineffective support is a serious failure of service. As of now, 08:45 the next morning, they have not been in touch. I have found alternative accommodation and will be requesting a full refund - obviously. I will do my best to avoid FLOK apartments in future. May you never feel warmth. ✨
