Slike su lažni prikaz ovog stana. Objekt je jako prljav i u jako lošem stanju. Skoro sve je strgano i staro. Roletna u kupaoni je potrgana i nije se moguće otuširati bez da vas ljudi vide s ulice. Nismo dobili karticu za parking. Zavaravaju ljude s informacijom da je check in kad god želite, ali check in je tek iza 16 sati. Komunikacija je jako neugodna.

Apartma je bil prostoren, čist, s parkiriščem v bližini.

The apartment is big with 2 great bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything needed in the apartment for a short stay. Near apartment there is a chance to get a parking spot if you do not want to go to the reserved for the apartment spot.

I learned that I need to register all my family via a special registration platform along with provisioning photos of documents for all 4 after I have booked the place. This was not convenient, as I have booked while driving the car and had to stop for 15 minutes to complete this task. Apartment is located in an old panel building where you can't survive without turned on air conditioner all the time. Since the AC is only in the main room, it was quite hot in bedrooms. The toilet is very small. Since I'm a big person - 100 kg - I could not properly enter the toilet and close the door due to the way it's designed. It was somewhat of a challenge for me. The apartment was renovated at some point, but floors were not touched and "play" under your feet while walking in several places of the apartment.

Като цяло всичко ни хареса. Голям, удобен апартамент с паркинг. Сравнително близо до същинския център (2 спирки с трамвая, но може и пеша без никакъв проблем). Имахме малко объркване с адреса на паркинга, но в крайна сметка се оправихме и не беше кой знае какъв проблем.

It is a very spacious, smart compartmentalized apartment in a very accessible location in maximum 30 min from the old city walking distance. The access was also very easy using a code and it is fully equipped with all necessary supplies also for a longer stay.
