"I like Zagreb. It’s too bad the apartment was very disappointing. I tried to cancel my stay and find another location"

The location was just Okay. The apartment was spacious.

The property was filthy. Floor tiles were broken and concrete exposed, the kitchen was dirty, my pillow was stained with little hairs all over it, there were many unclean and broken things in the unit. It stunk like cigarette smoke. What a disappointment.

"Good location, clean however for 4 people 2 sets of key would be more comfortable"

Spacious and good connection to public transport.

Despite 2 calls no answer from the contact number provided. This can be improved . Master bedroom blinds not functional and got up as early as 5 am due to sky light.this must be fixed.

"Convenient but Broken"

Location is good, very specious, TV was nice.

Kitchen was destroyed mess, from cabinets to missing or broken appliances, staff was not good at communicating. Air conditioning was not working for bedrooms luckily we had cool weather so we opened windows to make it through the night. House fan and balcony was ashtray dirty full of cigarette butts, deferred maintenance
