Studio apartment with a view of Ban Jelačić Square

This was our third stay in the apartment because we liked everything it offered before. However, this stay was dissapointing.

We stayed in this apartment several times in the past and always had good experiences. That’s why we booked it again. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. When we arrived, the keys weren’t working and we couldn’t enter. This issue was solved only after two days. During that time I was alone and it was stressful to deal with it. Before arrival, the host informed us that the dining table was broken but promised it would be replaced. We stayed an entire week (Sunday to Sunday) and it never happened. The broken table remained there in pieces. We actually needed it to work with our laptops once my colleagues arrived, but we couldn’t use it. This forced us to find another place to work every day, which defeated the purpose of booking this apartment. The host was responsive in messages, but communication didn’t translate into real solutions. The keys eventually got fixed, but the table issue was ignored even though we were promised otherwise. Overall, not the experience we expected, especially after choosing this apartment for the third time.

It was in the center of Zagreb. All the attractions were very close by on foot. It was a very comfortable apartment and had everything one needs.

The noise from the tram passing by was a bit annoying. The bathroom has a bad smell from the drain.

Das einzig Positive an dem Apartment war die Lage. Allerdings ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster schwierig zu schlafen, da es durch die umliegenden Bars sehr laut ist. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos.

-Die Ausstattung ist komplett veraltet und teilweise defekt. -Überall sind deutliche Abnutzungsspuren zu sehen. -Im WC roch es stark nach Gülle. -Es war insgesamt nicht richtig sauber, der Boden klebte überall. -Der Hausflur hatte den Charme einer Pathologie. -Es gab keine Bettdecken, sondern nur Laken. Nachts war es sehr kalt, sodass wir die Decken notgedrungen als Ersatz nutzen mussten, hygienisch nicht optimal.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πιο κέντρο δεν γίνεται. Εστιατόρια, καφέ, μαγαζιά όλα στα πόδια σου και μόλις 1 λεπτό από την στάση των τραμ για να πας οπουδήποτε. Υπέροχη θέα από ψηλά.
