Very good place. Owner is very helpful.

This is middle of old town, it is very easy to walk to everywhere to all main sights. Kozum market, bars, cafes and restaurants are very near. Apartment is clean, cosy and quite well equipped. Host is very helpfull. From street, there are 80 stairways up to this apartment (and 10 more very and I mean very really steep stairways up to terrace).

Perfect size for a solo trip.

It’s not very easy to find. I also hadn’t realised the terrace was up a ladder and not connected to the apartment.

Amazing apartment in the centre of Zadar. Clean and modern. Added bonus of roof terrace with great views. Close to all attractions, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is in a good location, with two beers, toilet paper, and towels provided. There was everything needed for cooking as well. The lady was kind and helpful.

The bed is worn out and creaky. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. The terrace shown in the pictures is shared, and you have to climb a ladder to access it. If you accidentally close the door, you'll lock yourself out on the terrace. I do not recommend it for older people or those with mobility issues, and you need to be careful with drinking.
