Its location is right in old town. All restaurants very easy to walk to. You are 5 minutes from the riva , cafe, bakery, grocery stores .

No elevator. So if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage it’s a challenge.

Excellent location, beautiful views from the terrace, flat had everything you need for short and longer stay (kitchen corner). The host was so nice and hospitable, highly recommended! :)

Love the place, everything is 2 min away from you - grocery market, bus station leading to the airport, and the sea! The apartment was nice and clean, bed is great for my back. It had everything we needed - like iron, cuttlery, even sleepers! Hosts were great too, you can ask them any question and expect reply in a few minutes. Highly recommend this place and Croatia as well - one of the best and most relaxing stays in my life!

The studio is really in the center, everything can be visited by foot. More difficult to park the car - there could be more information given to the traveler before the arrival (do not follow Google which drives you to narrow dead end streets). Overall it is nice and comfortable (note there is only a small window).

The Booking presentation is misleading : the terrace is not accessible from the room. You need to get out, climb a steep staircase and access to the building's terrace, which is very nice, but not private and in the end, you do not use it as much as if it was your own balcony.

Location excellent, communication excellent, helping us carry bags up all the stairs was excellent. Facilities in room excellent. Brought chair in to help husband watch tv as hard to sit on bed. Great views from roof terrace. Excellent fridge, air con, tv, wifi, bathroom etc.

Bed was uncomfortable, two sets of keys would be better when unit on fourth floor.

Best location possible in old town Zadar. All the major tourist sights are within a few minutes walk, while the bus and train stations can be walked in about 15 minutes. The small studio apartment is spotlessly clean with a larger than average modern shower room. Cooking, eating and sitting space is limited but adequate for our 3 night stay. The apartment has access to a shared terrace with other apartments, this is accessed by a ladder stair external to the apartment. The views are stunning over the local church square and rooftops. We never saw anyone else on the terrace. It does have a couple of tables and chairs, ideal for having a drink but not for dining as you’d struggle to get food on plates up the ladder stairs. We would recommend the apartment to others and also stay again ourselves.
