Apartment Lara

We liked that the property manager allowed us an early check in by an hour. That was helpful. The apartment was clean and modern and a very nice apartment. I would have rated it a five star if not for the washer ( see below ).

The host walked us up to the apartment. My wife and I were traveling for three weeks and the reason for the rental was the washer and dryer to wash our clothes in the middle of our trip. The washer would not work after the host left so I texted him to tell him the washer was not working. He texted back telling me the previous Tennent broke the washer???? He walked us to the apt and did not feel the need to tell us the washer was broken but quickly told us it was broke when we asked. This would have been a fantastic review without the washer being out of order and the host knowing about it and saying nothing.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Just steps from the Silver gate and the green market. We couldn’t have been closer to the palace. Our host helped us find the unit, gave us a great introduction to the area and showed us around the apartment. Definitely plan to recommend to my friends planning to travel to Split.

Great apartment very comfortable and had everything you could need. Great location right next to the town walls.

Beautiful apartment located close to the castle and promenade. Our host, Petra was excellent! Friendly, on time and provided us with loads of information.

The location was perfect and the apartment was clean and modern.

It was very disappointing not to have a coffee machine as advertised. There was a kettle and an almost empty jar of very old Instant coffee. The washing machine was broken also which was also really disappointing- important when you are travelling.

Location is excellent for tourists. Close to historic city, great restaurants and shopping.

62 stairs to climb-historic property doesn’t have an elevator.

Apartment Lara is a lovely apartment just next door to the palace walls. It is clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need for your stay in Split.
