Apartments & room Ivica Split

Great location close to the Riva and Diocletian Palace, very kind and helpful host, the apartment was squeaky clean- spotless!

Great location, you have all you need nearby and you can walk your way through split. There are also stores for groceries nearby. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water available. The accommodation also has a a kitchen and washing machine. The host was very communicative and we had great communication at all times. Thank you!

The accommodation is on a lower level, like a bajo, and it felt a bit humid at times which triggered a bit of allergies for us as we are sensitive to this. We did not really open the windows often as they were facing the street. Other than that, this place was perfect for what we needed.

Location was exceptional. Apartment was nice size for the 2 of us, clean, comfortable. Host was responsive via text and ready to meet us when we arrived. Happy to have the apartment at garden level - no stairs.

Family happy to keep my luggage until room cleaned and ready to use. Salt and pepper was provided along with tea and coffee. Washing machine to wash clothes in the bathroom. Parting souvenir gift given to me on departure very thoughtful and generous.

Location was great, close to waterfront and on edge of old town. everything was modern and stylish, loved having a washing machine. Nice to have a dining table and sofa, very roomy. Be warned shops, including grocery shops, are closed on Sunday, only cafes open.

Parking was difficult but we were able to find paid parking close by while we dropped our bags off and then host advised where free streetside parks were and we found one about 10 minutes walk away. Apartment not signposted so suggest you get detailed checking instructions. But these are not negatives, just the way it is to be so close to the old town which is AWESOME.

The location of this little hidden gem is perfect. So close to splits old town and a little supermarket just down the road. The room had everything we needed and the host Ivica was great!
