Apartments & room Ivica Split

Perfect location. Small but had everything we needed. Ivica was delightful, and helpful.

The location was very central, the apartment had an adjacent outdoor terrace . Its set back from the street , with cars parked out front, so not immediately appealing, but once through the entrance I liked the space, and convenience

The apartment was perfect for our stay, amazing location right in the centre, very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The outside courtyard was a lovey little spot for drinks and snacks before heading out into the city. The host was also super lovely and helpful. Perfect stay!

Convenience to the center of Split and security of building. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was fantastic, welcoming us with a detailed explanation of the apartment’s amenities and even providing a city map with helpful tips and recommendations for places to visit. The apartment itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and the added convenience of a washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We got in late and they kindly met us at the door and showed everything we needed to know about the apartment

The room had all the things I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. The host was kind and explanied the use of appliances at check-in.

The price can be lower depending on the quality of the amenities.

The location was very good - close to the port, shops restaurants, churches etc. owners were very helpful & accommodating. They looked after our luggage for us for a few hours as we had an afternoon flight. This was very helpful.

There was no outside patio area as on the photo on our booking.

So close to the city centre and port, great facilities and good aircon.
