"Great location, needs some maintenance"

Location! Impossible to find anything with a parking spot in the city center, so this was perfect. It is spacious and the living room looks cute. The bed is comfortable.

The apartment has a lot of potential but needs some love and maintenance. A deep clean would be great, a few small repairs here and there (leaky shower, front door lock etc.) and it would be much better.

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede acceder a pie a todas las zonas turísticas. .El parking delante de la casa.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Se nota abandono y dejadez en las instalaciones.

Хареса ми мястото на апартамента, който беше на доста добра и близка локация спрямо центъра. Паркинга беше точно пред апартамента ни във вътрешността на един двор. Вътре беше широко и си имаше всичко за 4 човека. Комуникацията беше изцяло по Вайбър и се случи доста лесно и през него предоставихме снимки на паспортите ни за да ни регистрира като туристи. Банята беше много добра, приятна и широка.

Безжичната мрежа не беше много добра и прекъсваше, но леко, не беше голяма драма. Леглото от дивана беше доста неудобно и скърцаше много.

"Лучше не придумаешь!!!"

Расположение просто огонь 🔥. Рядом с домом, метрах в 20 туннель, сама улица это историческая часть города с брусчаткой. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В квартире есть вся техника, даже микроволновка, что редкость. Мы почувствовали себя как дома в этом плане. По посуде тоже всё хорошо. Парковка у двери квартиры. Спасибо огромное за такие условия.

Если будет читать владелец, то могу сказать что подтекает или поддон или со стороны кабинки вода. Но это не испортило общего впечатления от поездки.

La limpieza. Además está en unas condiciones un poco pobres con muebles que no ajustan y paredes desconchadas o con rayones o pintura desgastada.
