"You get what you pay for"

Der Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Lage zum Zentrum. Wie in anderen Rezensionen schon erwähnt ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz etwas anspruchsvoll. Zur Info ich fahre einen T7 Multivan mit 5,3m Länge und fast 2m Breite. Rein ging ganz gut, raus habe ich dann doch 5 min rangiert bis ich um die ecke war. Aber es sei gesagt wenn ich es mit einem VW Bus geschafft habe schafft es jeder PKW mit Leichtigkeit. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Die Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen.

Jetzt zu allem anderen. Wenn man das ganze mal sehr nüchtern betrachtet kostets eine Nacht um die 60€. Wenn ich jetzt 30€ Parkplatz abziehe (Was die anliegenden Parkhäuser für 24h kosten) zahlt man 30€ die Nacht und genau das bekommt man auch bei Innenstadtlage. Gebäude war mal ein Nebengebäude und wurde umfunktioniert. Der letzte Wasserschaden ist an den Decken zu sehen. Geruch ist fragwürdig. Sauberkeit war sehr sehr sehr fragwürdig. Sah aus wie nur einmal kurz durchgefegt und die letzte Grundreinigung war bei Inbetriebnahme. Der Boiler im Badezimmer hängt am seidenen Faden und verliert stätig Wasser, welches auf den Boden tropft. Wer sich traut zu duschen sollte mit einer Flutung des Badezimmers rechnen. Der Vermieter sollte einen Nassauger bereitstellen. Entsprechend aufgequollen sehen die Möbel aus. Von der Beleuchtung möchte ich gar nicht erst erzählen. Die Küche hat es hinter sich. In der Summe überall Sanierungsbedarf und viel Reinigungsbedarf. Würde man dieses, ich denke, kleinen Aufwand mal betreiben wäre es eine super Unterkunft.

Sitnice poput žarulja, sredstva protiv komaraca, neudobnog jastuka, prljavštine u kutovima malo kvare dojam.

Апартамента е в центъра на Загреб. Шокиращо е, че е в малка стара къщичка. Има всички удобства вътре. Чисто е.

Къщичката е между високи кооперации и нямаше слънце.
