Mediterranean terrace apartment with Bikes & SUP

The property is right in the heart of the old city and less than a 5 minute walk to the boat for the Krka waterfalls. It had separate kitchen and bedroom, and each one had extra seating. It also has an outdoor patio that is quite nice. Cooking facilities were available although we didn’t use them other than to make hot water. The bed was super comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us written directions to Roski Slap and the upper waterfalls. Free parking is available about a 5 minute walk away.

It was advertised as a ground floor apartment, but it’s on the second floor. So, our 50 lb suitcases needed to be carried up the stairs. However, the hosts helped carry them.

Good location in the centre of town but nice and quiet. Host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean and spacious and has separate kitchen and lovely undercover outdoor seating area. Ivan, the host, lent us bikes so we could ride to the nearby Krka National Park.

There are a few stairs to climb to get to the apartment but it is ok.

I never experienced anything like this. Ivica and his wife Visnja are the incarnations of "hrvatsko gostoprimstvo", the famous Croatian hospitality. Not only that the apartment is very well located, clean, comfortable, authentic - they are the most friendly people I ever experienced in connection with a booked accommodation. In addition to that, both are very well educated people with a meanwhile extremely rare quality called "common sense". And they know the region from restaurants to best parking places near sightseeing places. They are very family friendly. Highly recommended for families with small children. Whenever I will come back to Skradin I will do my best to get a place at Ivica's.

great location in a lovely town. the hosts were very friendly and cooked a meal for us, and provided tea, coffee, fruit etc. the outside space was nice

shower pressure was ok but not great. the kitchen facilities are ina bedroom. this was fine for us but might not be for everyone.

Wonderful, well located apartment with fantastic hosts. Ivan and his family provide a warm welcome and all the help you need to make the most of this beautiful area. We were especially thankful for the delicious meal he and his wife provided - traditionally cooked on an open grill, with herbs and vegetables from their garden.
