The town centre is very close. Good private parking. Ermin the HOST, is one of the best in Dalmatia.

Fantastic, comfortable stay within walking distance of the charming town center and all the activities. We received a warm welcome and practical information from the host. Thank you for the delicious treat. 😋 This was the most enjoyable and pleasant stay during our road trip through Croatia with our family of four (children aged 13 and 15).

The apartment was modern, well equipped and had a wonderful balcony view. The location was exceptional with a short walk to the marina/port full of restaurants and cafes. But what was the most exceptional was our host Ermin - he picked us from the port and while we were too early for check in, he kept our luggage in his car and drove us to the most divine beach near the monastery. He then picked us up to take us to the apartment when we had finished swimming. He was available to us 24hrs, checking in to see that we were ok and did not require anything. Hs recommendations for food were outstanding. His gentlemanly manner with me and with my family was respectful and made us feel safe. On check out he kept our luggage again in his care until our late ferry ride and this allowed us to spend the day at the beach without concern. If I visit Bol again, Ermin will be the only person I would have ensure we had accommodation at this aprtment. It was a pleasure. Thank you Ermin.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in great location

The host was great. Ermine met us at the port and helped us with our luggage. He drove us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the property and recommended places to visit and places to eat. He was always at hand to answer any questions we had. He also gave us a welcome bottle of good quality wine and then went off to get us some washing powder but also gave us a couple of ice cold beers when he returned. The apartment is located high enough up the hill to give a great view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings and played cards at night. The property is spacious, benefits from very good air conditioning a large kitchen area, two double bedrooms with wardrobes plus a double sofa bed. Plenty for our family of two parents and two children (aged 18 and 15). Our 15 year old is bigger than the adults so he was pleased to get one of the double rooms. We had plenty of individual bottles of body wash and shampoo, loads of towels and everything needed for a fully functioning kitchen including four hob cooker, oven, grill, microwave, fridge and freezer. TV with local stations and good wifi. A short, quite steep short cut links the property to the harbour. You also have five short flights of stairs once you get to the property. In the heat of mid summer I found myself dripping with sweat by the time I entered the room. But if you slow down and pace yourself it’s not so bad. But if you have a heart condition or overweight take this into consideration. I’d have no hesitation in booking this property again. Great host, amazing views, large spacious property, excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

Location is brilliant! A short walk up the hill from the main part of town. Supermarket, bakery, and restaurants all a short walk away. The apartment was very comfortable, with a great view of the sea. We couldn't rate the host highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Provided some great tips for places to see. We loved Brac, and would definitely stay here again should we make it back to the island...

Great location. The apartment was nice and clean. Balcony has an excellent view of the beach. Ermin was very helpful, easy to communicate with and gave some great local recommendations. Would stay here again.
