We had a fabulous stay in Ermin’s apartment. The apartment was modern and sparkling clean with all the appliances we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was excellent only 3 minutes walk into the centre of the town with shops/ restaurants nearby. Ermin was an excellent host. He was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us out. He collected us from the port on our arrival and was so accommodating on our final day, keeping our bags safe and driving us to and from the beach and port. We have never experienced a host being as kind and accommodating as Ermin had been. He really made our stay so special. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Bol.

Bol itself is a beautiful place, so just being there was already putting me in a good mood. On top of that accommodation itself was perfect. The apartment is modern and well-furnished. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location was very close to the port, so everything was within walking distance.

Ive should have skipped Istra and spent whole holidays in Bol :)

Amazing service, best host that I have ever had! He met us to give us the keys, drove us to the place and our friends at a separate time from the port, helped us bring our suitcases, provided water, chocolate and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Was available for anything in case we needed something else, and was overall so lovely. We checked out at 10am, but he kept our belongings in his car and transported it to the port for 4:30pm when we were leaving. Couldn't speak higher of Ermin and the place was great too, well air conditioned, rooms were good and the pull out bed was a good size. We had towels and blankets etc, amazing view and location wise was good to as it was close to a beach that we all said was the prettiest beach we have ever seen and not too far from zlatni rat beach. If you come to Bol we highly recommend you book this place ;)

Nothing, it was perfect!

The apartment felt brand new and with a host like Ermin nothing could go wrong! Going out of his way to make our stay great!

Ermin was fantastic - he greeted us and then helped us take our bags up to the flat and was just an amazing host overall. The property itself was clean and modern, and very well stocked. There were some basics for cooking and even a bottle of wine! The balcony was great to chill and enjoy a sunset and it was a quick 10 minute drive to Zlatni Rat to enjoy the beach the next day

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. One thing that you should consider when staying here is there is only one air-conditioner for the whole property. We had no issues with that as we kept our room doors open.

Perfectly equipped for a family of 5 (with children 3, 5, 8). Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and a market was less than 5 minutes away. Very easy walk to the harbor, beautiful small beaches, and the water taxi to Zlatni Rat. What made our stay truly exceptional was the hospitality of our host, Ermin. He was so incredibly kind, offering to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived early, and bringing us to the beach while the apartment was being prepared - and even treating us to pastries and chocolate milk. He checked in throughout our stay, and helped with local recommendations for food and day trips. I have never met such a kind host!

Great location only a 5 minute (uphill return) walk from the centre of Bol, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view over the port from the balcony. Ermin was great, meeting us from the ferry, checking in to answer any questions we had and even storing our bags on our final day until it was time for our ferry - a great asset to the property! Would definitely return.

Maybe the position not the best because you must climb a little bit for coming back to the apartment from the sea.. But for us was not a problem

Ermin was such a nice host - we felt welcome and his recommendations were very useful. The apartment itself was new and modern. AC worked well 🙂

Great location. This was a brand new apartment and Mr Erwin was the best host in my opinion. We loved his sense of humour. He left us with a lovely bottle of red wine and some cold bottles of water in the fridge. Keep up the good work Erwin, all the best from Mr Handsome :-)
