Gastgeberin extrem hilfsbereit, Quartier mit Rollstuhl (Tetraplegiker) gut geeignet, Bett unterfahrbar mit Lifter, wir haben eine kleine Rampe mit gehabt um auch zur Couch kommen zu können.

"Schönes Apartment in einer tollen Lage!"

Tolle Lage, Parkplatz direkt beim Apartment! Wir waren sechs Personen und das Apartment war ausreichend groß.

Die Kommunikation nur über Whatsapp ist etwas umständlich, hat aber funktioniert.

"Erste Ausflug nach Umag"

Es ist wunderbar das,das Apartment in der nähe vom Meer war und im Erdgeschoss lag.Mein vater konnte mit Rollator ohne probleme dahin.Alle behindertengerecht.

Wir haben festgestellt das die Wohnung für 7 Personen nicht ausreicht.Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Sofa war keine geeignete schlafmöglichkeit und die Zimmer selbst haben nicht genug Privatsphäre. Ein Badezimmer für 7 ist zu wenig.

Der Steg ins Wasser, die Betonplatten sehr desolat, Die Steg Absicherung war verrostet.Nach dem starken Regen wurden die Betonplatten und die Liegeflächen nicht gesäubert

"Kann man machen"

Gute Lage 5 Minuten zur Stadt zu Fuß, Parkplatz inklusive vor dem Haus, geräumige Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und auch sonst alles vorhanden. Unkompliziert in der Abwicklung mit Schlüsselcode.

Sehr hellhörig nach draußen und zur Nachbarwohnung. Bett im Elternschlafzimmer quietscht ziemlich.
