The steps up to the apartment

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and vey clean. The view is amazing. The apartment is on the Riva and very close to Diocletian Palace. Lots of restaurants, bars and stores. It was perfect for our family of 5.

Loved the location close to the everything. The balcony was a bonus and my husband and I loved sitting there watching the people walking by in the afternoon with a glass of wine.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Great location overlooking the harbor, near the old town but without the crowds, very tastefully decorated and furnished, clean, bright, sizeable and comfortable. The photos in the listing don’t convey just how gorgeous this residence is. I highly recommend it.

Zero issues. It was all I could have hoped for.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Good quality bedding and towels. Had everything we needed. Fabulous view from front of apartment.

Entrance to the apartment from the street - dark, smelly and dirty. Was better after that. Didn’t know which apartment was ours and then had to call owner for a code. Would have liked a photo of the door and code by email as my phone does not work abroad.

The place was immaculate. Everything is upgraded. Beds are comfortable. Everything you would need is at your fingertips, including kitchen and bathroom supplies. The location to fine outside dining was great. The restaurants were not saturated with the cruising tourists.

We were a bit taken back when entering the building where our apt was located. It seemed a bit scary. But after going up the stairs and entering our place, we were thrilled to see our gorgeous view and lovely place.

Location was superb - looking out across the bay and central for the old town. The accommodation was beautifully furnished. The kitchen area, though small, had everything we needed - and more! The air conditioning - though not often used - was efficient, but fresh air circulated well throughout the apartment. The beds were enormous and very comfortable.

The only negative (though it kept us fit!) was the stairs. We were situated on the second floor, and had to negotiate three small, then two very long flights of stairs. This was really only a problem when we arrived, carrying up suitcases. At night you need to locate courtesy lights for the stairs next to the doors of the other apartments - do not confuse these with the doorbells of the apartments!
