Adriatik Lux Riva

The layout of the apartment worked great for our 5 person family. It was clean and spacious. The location is amazing, close to the bus that took us to the beach each day. Bars and restaurants right outside the door. 5 min walk to the old Town.

The apartment was immaculate and couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was perfect.

This apartment really has the WOW factor. The location is perfect, right on the main promenade with the yachts on one side and old town on the other. The apartment has fantastic sea views and is extremely comfortable. We stayed as a family of four, the main bedroom is huge with a kingsize bed, and there is another bedroom with a balcony and another room with a sofa bed. There are 2 fantastic bathrooms and the air conditioning is very effective in all rooms. The flat was well equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. I could have easily lived in this apartment permanently, and it was so great to be only a few minutes walk from everything. The old town is on the doorstep and the port is about 5 mins walk around the bay. We took a ferry to Bol (1hr 20 euros each way) we got our tickets online on getbyferry.com. There is parking on the road outside (12-18 euros per day), but you need to get lucky to get a space. We parked in a multistorey car park which is 2 mins walk along the front, to the left of the apartment (with the sea behind you), there were spaces and it cost 4 euros per hour, or you could buy a 1,3 or 7 day pass. There is a small TOMMY supermarket directly below the apartment and the best ice cream shop in the old town was Gelateria Emiliana. One of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed in, thank you.

Nothing, it was perfect

This apartment is decorated so absolutely beautifully. It is so tasteful and just gorgeous. The pictures so not do it justice. There are two sitting rooms and it is so close the stores and restaurants. We had such a wonderful time.

Excellent location on the promenade and only a minute from the palace area.

Slight issue with shower not draining but we managed.

Great location & beautiful view! The apartment was very clean and stocked with essentials which was a very nice touch! Love the fresh flowers upon arrival!

It was modern and spacious with a lovely view.

The kitchen was tiny. The entrance to the building was grubby. You walked past a couple of wheelie bins as you entered.
