Läget, tyst och lugn gata men i hjärtat av staden. Fin och mysig lägenhet med smakfull inredning och alla bekvämligheter som man kan önska sig. Väldigt bra kommunikation med värden. Rent och fräscht.

Really lovely characterful and spacious one bedroom apartment in a central location. Host was responsive, good internet and air conditioning. I would stay again!

My only comment is that it would have been nice to have been provided with a couple of washing tabs for the washing machine.

The apartment has a fabulous location, and is within 10 mins walking of anywhere that you’d like to go. It’s quiet as well. It was well-furnished with most basic amenities available.

We didn’t realize that it was inaccessible by car and is a walk-up, making it difficult with 3 large bags. This is true of most good apartments in Rovinj but we wish we were mentally prepared for it!

It is one of those apartments that you feel like you would live in it, attention to the details is out of the roof. Congrats to the host on their creativity to exploit rought geometry of the bathroom and to make it as good as it is now. It has everything that you need and more, not only for a quick visit to the city but for a longer stay also. Warm recommendation to everybody. 10/10

I received all information beforehand. The communication was flawless during throughout our stay. Things were exactly as said. The apartment is nice and cozy. There are many things in the kitchen that you wouldn't expect a vacation apartment to have. We were pleasantly surprised. You are literally in the centre of the city. You need less than 1 minute walk to come to the sea. Nearby there are many restaurants and shops. You can take a 30 minute walk to a nice beach.

The only negative thing I can think of is parking. You can park on the street that is located a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. It is not free. The price depends from the time in the year. It varies from 0,5 to 3€ per hour. If you have heavy luggage, it is a bit uncomfortable to carry it. I can also mention that the apartment is located on the second floor, to which you must walk a bit steep stairs. Carrying luggage is quite a challenge. It would also be incredibly hard for people with any movement disabilities, but it is manageable in most cases.
