Apartment Fortunella

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y tiene todo lo necesario.

Nos tocaron días de inicio de junio muy calurosos y el primer día, al llegar de noche no fuimos capaces de rebajar la temperatura a pesar del aire acondicionado debido a la gran cantidad de calor que se acumula en el hall de entrada. La cama de matrimonio es muy ruidosa, lo que dificulta un buen descanso.

Sandra nos recibió personalmente y nos hizo una recorrida por el apartamento explicándonos todo lo necesario para su uso. También nos dió indicaciones sobre la ciudad y se ofreció a contestar por whatsapp cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Fortunella tiene aparcamiento propio dentro de la propiedad, cosa que en Split facilita mucho a todo aquel que viene en coche. Además está muy bien ubicado, a unos 10 minutos a pié hasta la ciudad vieja. Es un departamento cómodo con todo lo necesario para 4 personas. Es un departamento de 2 dormitorios con un baño completo.

Le jardin et l'accès à la terrasse sont un plus. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. La place de parking est très appréciable.

Convenient location. Private parking spot (pretty narrow, but better than street parking, for sure). Hospitable, responsive, and welcoming host. Spacious apartment with good amenities. Plenty of blankets and towels.

I appreciated less the inconvenience of having to switch my car with the owner's car on a certain day. With a small effort and investment, the owner could adjust or add a few features that would provide better options, such as: add a microwave oven, replace filter coffee machine with capsules-based machine, add an electric heater in the bathroom (for the transitional period before the radiators are activated), to mention a few I can remember.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were perfect- 2 beds in one for our two children and a bonus air conditioner in the main bedroom. The block out shutters were great for sleeping in too. The kitchen was well equipped and the lollies and bottle of wine were a lovely touch. The bathroom was great- great hot water pressure and the washing machine was very handy. The living space was perfect - comfortable, clean and opened up on a very small balcony. It was a little small to sit out and enjoy however, it was perfect to use the drying rack to hang out the clothes to dry. The main air conditioner cooled down the apartment nicely which was perfect considering we were there in temperatures above 35 degrees. The location was a quick and easy 7-8 walk into the old city. The host was lovely and even though we arrived a little earlier than expected she arrived at the apartment to greet us and show us around the apartment. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Split.

The only little thing that could have come in handy would have been a microwave but it wasn’t an issue.
