Large living room space and gorgeous Ocean View. The apartment was clean, bright, and the location was central and super convenient, and fun area. The kitchen area was tiny but had everything we needed

Great location. Very clean. George was great to deal with. Gave us lots of advice about the area. He was also very responsive

Be prepared for a lot of steps/ stairs. Would like to have a few utensils in the unit. My wife also would liked to have some tea bags.

Private transfer from the airport was excellent, George looked after us and showed us through the old town to our stunning apartment! What a view! Apartment was beautifully furnished, gorgeous colours and lovely soft furnishings. Beds really comfy.

It was all 100% excellent!

Es roch aus den Badezimmern nach Abfluss, in manchen Ecken wirkte das Apartment recht schmutzig und abgelebt, trotz Schutz und geschlossenen Fenstern war das Treiben auf der Riva bis in die Abendstunden hinein recht laut zu hören - Frühaufsteher sollten den Ort daher vielleicht meiden

Everything about our stay at the Riva Apartments was wonderful. Our friendly host met us on the Riva and walked us to our room, showed us around. The apartment was wonderful - just as pictured if not better. It has a gorgeous view, comfortable living space, nice bedrooms and modern bathroom. The location is also excellent - a short walk to everything. We were only able to stay in Split for one night but we would have been comfortable staying in this apartment for a week - very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was able to give us a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed! 10/10

Great apartment, very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location

The location was fantastic. We loved being able to look out over the Adriatic sea and watch the boats come and go. It was nice being in the area of the palace with all the restaurants, bars, and activity.

We did have to haul our heavy suitcases up a lot of stairs. Parking was not cheap but understandable for the area.

You will not find a better location, this is in the heart of Split, right inside Diocletian's palace, surrounded by history . When you walk out the door there is an oversupply of excellent restaurants, tourist shops, markets and ATM's. The front door (of the palace) is on the harbour, you are only metres from the water, boat hire and ferries to the islands. It was super clean with white linen (our first requirement when we book anything), excellent breakfasts available at the hotel next door, and free WiFi. It has good security, but the area is 100% safe anyway, we stayed out late. If I ever go back to Split (I intend to do so--there is still much to discover), this is where I will stay again.
