George was a fantastic host, he provided us with recommendations for food and things to do. The apartment was very clean and a great location

Perfect location. Excellent decor and finishes. Attention to detail. Superb view in the heart of the old town.

No freezer for ice. No washing machine

The aircon was very good, quiet and really effective especially when the temperature outside hit 37. The rooms were well furnished with enough utensils in the kitchen to prepare small meals like breakfast. Beds were comfy too.

The location was a blessing and a curse. Very central, right by the port and the old town so everywhere was very accessible. BUT this also meant it was so noisy. Music from the bars started up at 10am and continued until 2am. Maybe this is because we were there in August. Might be quieter out of season. There was constant banging, voices and the walls with the next door apartment were thin so you could hear a lot. I would have liked a bin in the bathroom and the apartment itself was very small. We booked a two bedroom for our teenager and my husband and I and it felt like there wasn’t a lot of room to move around, store cases, relax in the ‘living room’. The bathroom door was very flimsy. Looked like it was a temporary fix.

If I have the opportunity to make it back to Split I will stay in this beautiful apartment as it was just a perfect location and it had everything you could want. Thank you George for your help we loved it.
