Hall Ac is not giving proper heat to cover hall area & Toilet always chilled because no heater in toilet

arrived to accommodation at check in time, apartment was not ready and cleaning lady was still there, ok no problem but after finishing informed us that there are no towels and no bedsheets and that it will arrive later - it never arrived. We waited till 1 AM and we could not use the apartment - could not have a shower, could not use bed. Contacted accommodation several times - no answer on messages, no answer on phone. Contacted booking.com several times, no help. And best of all we had to find different accommodation and requested refund for this one - NO REFUND!!! So we had to pay for something we could not use! Booking.com contacted accommodation with request for refund, no answer and booking.com by itself refused to process refund claiming that it non refundable reservation so there is nothing they can do. It is pure scamming for people and avoid at all cost!!! plus there was mold in bedroom and stinky moldy water inf washing machine.

Posizione

Close to the town center and considering the cost (value for money) has everything needed for a stay. My flight was delayed and thankfully the support was available late at night to guide me to the apartment. Also was peaceful at my time of stay.

More mild grumble the apartment was off the road so in the dark was difficult to identify. For those who stay longer instruction for washing machine usage may need to be available.

FAI ATTENZIONE: nell'annuncio non viene specificato che c'è un supplemento di 15€ se si effettua il check-in dopo le ore 17:30, nonostante la presenza di una key-box e quindi di self check-in. Questa notizia ti viene comunicata solo dopo che hai completato la prenotazione, per cui se hai effettuato una prenotazione non rimborsabile sei costretto, tuo malgrado, ad accettare questa regola. Anche se il ritardo non è dipeso da te sei costretto a pagare 15€. Non pagando si corre il rischio di non entrare in casa perché il codice per la key-box ti viene dato solo dopo l'eventuale pagamento aggiuntivo. Ti sconsiglio questo appartamento se sei un soggetto allergico, data la presenza di muffa sulle pareti della camera da letto, ai lati del letto stesso. Lascia sempre le finestre aperte quando esci, per evitare uno sgradevole odore al tuo rientro. La pulizia non è accurata.
