Smještaj je u redu i domaćini također. Za cijenu je sasvim prihvatljivo. Blizina centru grada je odlična stvar.

Parking je naveden kao dio ponude, ali ono što ja nisam gledao je da je ispod pojašnjeno da se naplaćuje. Osim što zbog toga raste i trošak smještaja još važnija stvar je ta da s obzirom da je javni parking nikad nije slobodan. Ako imate mnogo stvari a morate dalje parkirati to je za vas onda muka sve to pješke nositi do stana. Također postoje i posebni uvjeti koje ljudi koji žive van grada ne mogu znati a točno se na njih odnosi.

Everything was great! Hosts are easy-going and communicative, facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is amazing as well. I'm wholeheartedly recommending it to everyone.

The only negative was that in the providers he said there was a microwave oven but there was nothing in the house.

The location is good. All tourist places are in a walking distance.

- The host should send the key collection instructions at least 1 hour before arrival. In our case, they only sent them 10 minutes before we arrived. We were very worried when we got to the city station without any check-in instructions. We had to keep reminding the host and eventually contacted Booking.com customer service. The host explained that it was for safety reasons and also because we were checking in late. But we had already informed them of our check-in time when we made the booking. We've stayed in many apartments during our long trip, and none of them had issues like this. - Communication with the host was really poor and left us very disappointed. They constantly tried to prove that they were right and blamed us for not understanding them. They mentioned being busy with work or spending time with family, and that they lived far from the city... which didn’t really solve anything. - They were proud of the price and said I wouldn’t be able to find any other place at that rate. It’s true. But later in our trip, we paid just 20 euros more and stayed at a much nicer apartment with a very kind and helpful host. That experience was absolutely worth the extra money compared to this place. - We asked for an extra blanket in the morning because it was cold the night before. They said they would bring it, but at 10 PM, they just told us to check under the bed. We looked briefly but couldn’t find one, and we were too tired to continue or reply. Later, they blamed us for not responding or for not seeing the blanket, and even questioned why one blanket wasn’t enough—wondering if we had three people instead of two. It was really annoying and felt disrespectful. - The washing machine was too dirty to be used.

Property was nice and clean very centrally located everything walking distance. Luka and Zoran were very accommodating with the requests and responded to my messages in timely manner. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.
