GBThe Location- Right on the old square and close to all amenities. Plenty of room in the apartment. Host let us check out a little later.
Thumping music till late every night from the ice cream shop under the apartment. Kept awake till late every night and guess thats the downside to the great location. Bathroom was awful.towels were awful. No real bath or shower no hook for the shower hose so really difficult to shower. Not a bath really. One wineglass only.

USBest stay of our trip! The place was spotless and modern, well appointed, had a stunning view, great hot water/pressure (walk in shower for my older mother), strong WiFi, smart TV with all the apps, and a perfect location that was steps to the Crooked Bridge/taxi stand/restaurants of all budgets. And the hosts couldn’t be more friendly, vibrant, honest, and amazing people who keep a hip and friendly charm to the place!
USLocation is incredible for Split; it would be hard to get a better location. Loved the kitchen and multiple rooms, and the windows out to the square. The host was helpful and friendly.
Pulsating dance music every night until wee hours, seemingly right under one of the rooms. Not hard to block out with earplugs though.

Towel was dirty, there were black specks found on the towel, did not feel comfortable using. Bed caused me to feel itchy afterwards
ZAIt was very centrally located. I liked that the entrance was around a corner from a main square so we could carry our luggage down the stairs without people watching. The apartment had great views on the square and steps away from the Riva. It is a big apartment with a nice double bed.
I didn’t like the attitude if the host. The person never gave a name, just said they are the host over whatsapp. Person was also not there to greet us, left key in hidden spot. Stairs are difficult to climb, although not too many of them. The shower/bath was extremely difficult to get in especially for a pensioner and for person with mobility issues. An extra step and handles would have helped a lot for everyone to get in-and-out. The bath is to small to bathe in, so the only option is shower, but it is difficult to get into the tiny bath. The apartment was only roughly cleaned. It needs a good clean, eg: the water tumbler in bathroom was full of toothpaste and there were old dirt in the corners everywhere. Bedding needs to be replaced and sofa-beds are not in a good condition. The cutlery, glasses, one mug, plates etc is really not adequate. It seems items in kitchen is left over from previous visitors and most things in apartment possibly hand-me-downs from family. For the price you pay, this needs to be looked at.
