INApartment is at the most convenient place in the old town. Right in the centre of activity in the old town. Every attraction and happening place is at walkable distance.

AUI loved staying here. The apartment is huge, very clean and has everything including a full kitchen. it's decorated in muted tones and has a parquet floor - which is very calming. The living room and bedroom overlook the Venetian Castle - and are directly behind the waterfront promenade so you're right next door to Diocletian's Palace, lots of fabulous restaurants and the bus station to get in and out of Split. Your host, Iva, is very responsive and helpful - and clear and honest about the property. Best of all, since I stayed here in winter and prefer to be very very warm at night, the heating was great (at least in the living room - and there were two sofa beds in there as well, so I slept in one). I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Because it's so central, there are nightclubs along the waterfront and they are loud. You can hardly hear them when the windows are shut - and I was here in winter so they were shut except when I aired the place out in the morning. At another time of the year the noise could be an issue.
DEThe location and the views from both the bedroom and the living room are exceptional. The apartment was super clean.
USLocation was better than great. Good size rooms and a great view. Nice sitting room and kitchen. Host responded promptly.
Quantity of hot water, dirty garbage can, loud disco music at night in which earplugs did not block out. No hand soap, body wash, shampoo when we arrived, host made us wait until next morning to deliver. Rug and dish sponge was dirty. Expired food was left in the refrigerator. Did not have blanket for bed, only one sheet.
USThe apartment was a very nice size and could not have been located in a better place.
The noise from some loud club could be heard for hours into the night.
GBLoved the location. It's perfectly situated in the old town. The facilities are great and it is a very well equipped apartment. Check in /out was excellent. I would definitely book again. Great for family or friends. Our host was really helpful.
