"Superb"

Everything went smoothly! A great small room with a double bed, a good wifi, cute balcony, everything that is needed for cooking, also shower gel and shampoo. A quiet place, 7 min to bus station and to the supermarkets. Ivanka was very friendly and even allowed a later check out which was handy! Would recommend this place.

"Comfortable and conveniently located apartment"

Good and easy communication with Iva, she was very friendly and kind, the bed was wonderful and extremely comfortable (better than some hotel beds), location was very close to centre, free parking

Shower cabin was a bit small considering I am larger sized, but it was still manageable and the shower pressure was good.

Wonderful service, friendly lady welcomed us. Free parking nearby included. A great place 10 mins from the heart of Rovinj.

"Superb"

The location is convenient and quiet, parking is around the corner. The room was simple, but clean, functional, comfortable and with AC. The balcony is spacious and has a lovely view. The owner, Ivanka, is available for any questions.

In the 2 nights I stayed there was nothing to dislike. The room is on the 1st floor, so the stairs can be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

"Amazing stay in a beautiful location! Host is lovely and accomodating!"

Location was beautiful and having my own place to come back to after a long day exploring was invaluable. Ivanka was so kind and made me feel safe and comfortable. The space was cozy and clean and had everything I could have needed, cooking facilities and a nice balcony too.

That I couldn’t stay longer!

Can only repeat the previous reviews: very quiet but SO close to sea, old town, restaurants, supermarkets. Very clean, very comfortable and Ivanka a discreet but friendly and helpful host. Would stay again, anytime, and recommend to anyone in our age range (60ish) as a perfect travel destination (Rovinj) and accommodation (Apartment Iva). Many thanks.
