Apartment Iva

Unfortunately due to bad weather conditions my flight was cancelled. I had a non refundable room and cancelled it just a few hours upon arrival. After sending Iva a message she replied right away that i would get a full refund. Excellent service!!!!!! Hopefully be able to visit this place soon, because only read positive things about this place.

Nice location a short walk from the city center. Really liked that there was a balcony. The room was small but it had everything I needed for my short stay. The host was very friendly and kind.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was great. The was a fridge, a hot plate, all cutlery and kitchen amenities necessary. The location was also very nice!

Staying in the apartment was truly a fantastic experience. Iva, the host, was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. She made the stay even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. The apartment itself was delightful, with a charming balcony that offered a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What impressed me the most was the apartment's well-equipped amenities. Everything I needed was readily available, from the convenient washing machine to the fully stocked kitchen. It was a relief to find essentials like a hair dryer and a coffee maker, allowing me to feel right at home during my stay.

8 minutes walking to city center. 8 minutes driving to the beach. She helped us find a free parking near the house, and let us took a chair from the house to the beach. Very clean house and the owner is so nice.

Maximum 10 min walk from the city center of Rovinj, this place is a good choice when exploring the city and the neighborhood. The room is nothing special but ideal for a traveller who doesn't spend too much time inside anyway. The balcony is a great extra.

Additional info: Parking is easy (big car park in 3 min walk), the cost is 1 EUR/hr or 7 EUR/day. Easy to use, just download the "Bmove" app. (The host offered to cover the parking cost for me, so she was fairly handling the situation.)

The apartment had everything any traveller ever needs. A very well stocked kitchen and even a washing machine which for the price we paid is absolutely amazing.

Separate bedroom from kitchen, spotless bathroom, comfortable bed and excellent location. The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect
