Flat is based 5 min walk to old town, and 7-8 min to the beach, it has everything that you might need on the holiday. Host was very helpful and friendly. Free parking outside the building.

We had delightful stay. It was close to old town and other facilities such as post office and DHL. Loved the balcony.

Quiet apartment in a residential area, within walking distance from city centre.

The apartment was very damp and humid (as if it was left closed for number of days), we had to open windows / doors to get the dampness out, corridors were full of cigarette smoke. AC only in 1 bedroom , not in entire apartment - other bedroom was very hot as no AC / no fan. AC initially was not working so had to contact host who came and fixed it but was very defensive boasting he has the best rating without listening to our concerns. Absolutely rubbish beds, sinking in. Pillows very flimsy. Toilet would not flush properly.

It was spacious with a washing machine and clothes line on patio. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Host very helpful and quick to respond. Supermarket was very close.

No parking spot and parking is difficult in Split. Apartment is old and has unpleasant smell but ventilation is good.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Split. It was spotless and equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect – a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk from the city centre and Diocletian's Palace. The host was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Split!!!
