It is super clean. Good location to the city. Suitable for family.

The Gas burner in the kitchen was not working, but it also had induction one (which was working).Its a minor observation

Very good owner, caring and worried about our comfort. Left a gift in the refrigerator. The apartment is clean, Lots of towels. There is everything for cooking. There is a washing machine with powder. Beds with an extra mattress. location in a quiet area. Near a shop. Of course, you need to go to the beach. Near a park.During the holiday it was raining, but there were two umbrellas in our apartment.large balcony overlooking the playground.thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely apartment, in prime location, less then 500 yards from city centre. Everything clean, very comfortable beds, owner very friendly and helpful. Having free parking outside the building saved us a lot of time and money. Would visit again, highly recommended for couples or families.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very big and the host has made sure everything is available inside the apartment. The location is 15 mins from Split promenade and there is Free parking too. The host explained everything during check in and checked on us after that too. Very friendly and helpful host. Surely recommended.

The cleanliness on arrival was spotless and clean, the owner met us outside and showed us around apartment. He is a really caring man, and wanted to help with anything. He sent locations of best places to eat and change money at best rate and will answer any question you have. I also note he listened to review feedback as there was wardrobe space and drying space which was not there at time of reviews. The air conditioning cools the whole apartment, the kitchen has all you need for cooking, and washing machine means you can take home clean laundry. just a short walk to old town (10 mins leisurely stroll) and a little further to the busy harbour. The apartment is a good location and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Good for families as can easily sleep 2 adults and 3 children as we did and there was still a spare mattress. we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and Split is beautiful. Thanks Ivica!
