Location is amazing! And Ivan is a fantastic host.

"Nice, quiet and close to the important parts of the city"

The studio was perfect for our needs, i find great value in the fact we could park the car and the city centre was super close, I could not ask for anything more, it was super considerate of the hosts to include so much in this booking. It is the perfect place, not in the middle of all the noise of the city historical centre and not too far. The walls are white and clean, no noticeable moisture or any bad smell.

Apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly, he was waiting for us and show us apartment, he also gave us wine and chocolates and check on us during staying. Apartment is 5 minutes away from center and have free parking. Everything was perfect and we really enjoy our stay :D

"Perfectly located and appointed apartment in Split"

A lovely apartment for a small family or two couples within easy walking distance of the Old Town and near Marjan Park. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed with all the extra little touches that make good accommodation great. Our host met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and there was even home made brandy to try. This would have to be the cleanest accommodation we had during our 5 week trip, it was spotless. The laundry was a bonus. We highly recommend this apartment when in Split.

"Lovely well equipped apartment"

Lovely welcoming host, very well equipped apartment with great facilities (Including a washing machine) and lovely personal touches and attention to detail. Toiletries in bathroom, towels tied in ribbons was very sweet. Parking out front. Near to Old Town & Riva which is stunning.

Nothing that we didn't like, just worth a mention that the walk back up from town is only 10/15 mins, but is all uphill, so some might struggle. Parking is very handy but pretty tight, but Ivan guided you in first time - for us the only time as we didn't need to use the car again.
