Split centre LEX apartment

Helpful host. Good location.

This was very small accommodation and I should have checked the measurements. It is one room. The pictures of the site show more than this. I realised on leaving now that these are pictures of the other flat on the property.

This lovely air con apartment is located just on the edge of the old town (about 10 mins walk from the centre through the narrow streets). About 2 mins walk from a supermarket for basic supplies and kitchen well kitted out. Hosts Sandra and Ivan were super helpful and recommended some great places to visit. They were really good at communicating with us before the stay and made us feel so welcome. Loved that it was so close to everything but also felt quiet and peaceful 🥰

The location was really good, just a 5 mins walk into old town and 5 mins up the hill to the lovely park area. Ivan was a great host and helped with any questions we had. There were lots of little extras, such as coffee, toiletries, fruit and sweets, very thoughtful.

The studio room is compact with not too much room to move around so if you need more room, look at the other rooms Ivan has available in his building. The garden seating area, looks better in the pictures and is next to the road. The mattress was very hard but I have had this in another place in Croatia

Great location, very friendly host, nice and clean apartment. Excellent choice for a Split citytrip with our family.

Location is perfect, away enough from the buzz, so you feel less like a tourist, but very close walking distance to the centre.

The only thing to say here and this is only for those who are not confident drivers. Parking here is technical, and at night time would be tough.
