Apartments Stanic

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, krótki spacerek i jest się na plaży. Pokój był bez dostępu do kuchni, natomiast wyposaży w talerze, sztućce i szklanki. Łazienka była czysta, wyposażona w papier toaletowy oraz 2 ręczniki.

There are different types of appartments available. Some of them dont have a kitchen-area. At the final step of booking, this fact is not that obvious, especially if only the "non-kitchen" Appartements (only bathroom & bedroom) are available. So take care at the final step that there is "kitchen" in the description. So partially my fault during booking.

Super location, near to the beach, quiet environment. Mr. Anton was helpful.

I would prefer separate bed.

It had air conditioning, fridge,private toilet, and Mr Stanic is very helpful and friendly

air conditioner only blowing warm air, the room was so small, we could not put our stuff anywhere ony to the ground, so it was hard being in a mess for a week no cleaning, no cleaning supplies either it says close to city center but the old town was 3km away so we used uber a lot… the owner is an old man, can’t speak any english, only a weird german we could barely understand, he had a key to the room so we were scared he would come in

Nice apartments (living room with a equipped kitchen annex, many rooms have balconies, there is air-conditioning) located in a quiet green neighbourhood, close (less than 1km, a quick walk) to the beach. We recommend the one in Borik - it's less crowded and can be more serene (photos attached, water shoes recommended). There are many cicadas inhabiting surrounding trees, many shops and restaurants. The owner speaks German, he is very hospitable and can help with planning your stay in Zadar. 3 km walk down a nice alley to the city centre.

There can be some mosquitos in season.

Nothing. It was awful. I was greeted by a drunkard who emerged from a filthy basement.

As a solo female traveler I felt throughly unsafe in Antone (the drunkard German who was in charge of check in) and I left first thing on my first day. I didn’t stay a night and I checked out without any hope of a refund because I valued my safety more. A shame because location is close to a pretty beach (Borik Beach). I travel a lot by myself and I have never felt as unsafe as I did here.
