The location was not bad, quiet neighborhood, beach was close, restaurants, bus station to take you into the old town, markets were close by.

As some mentioned before, communication with the host is a bit tricky, even if you speak german, it was a bit challenging but it could be overcome, germen is definitely a must. There was no refrigerator, I was allowed to use the one in a "common area" that was in the basement but it was a bit inconvenient, also I was promised a fridge in 2 days but it never arrived. There was no room cleaning or towel changes the entire week, no trash taken away, so that's something to keep in mind, as from a female point of view, there was no mirror in the room just a small one in the bathroom, oh and no hair drier.

Good quality wifi in our room made my short home office decision a perfect choice. I wrote in advance regarding room location and wifi and there it was, stable connection for my daily job. The owner was really nice and hospitable, for me it was like visiting a grandpa during summer :) with a great sense of humor! The location is superb when it comes to various beaches, restaurants, groceries, bakeries, it was a good choice compared to other properties in a short time in which we booked our holiday.
