Lokacija je vrlo dobra, blizu imate trgovinu Žabac i Lidl, također i kafić. Osigurano parking mjesto u garaži, ali nije za niska auta radi strmih prelaza. Udobni kreveti, cisti rucnici, komunikacija s domacinom laka i brzi odgovori. 😊 Tramvaj stanica je 2 min hoda od stana (broj 6 i 11 voze do Trga B.J.).

Cistoca kupaonice bi mogla biti bolja. Mozda male posudice sa soli i paprom nebi bilo lose imati u stanu, makar jednokratne vrecice. 🙂

Apartman je bio odličan za obitelj s djecom. Sve je bilo ok i kako je opisano. Lokacija je mirna, a domaćin ljubazan i uvijek dostupan. Djeca su se osjećala jako ugodno. Preporučujemo i rado ćemo se vratiti!

Good location, short tram ride to the city centre, supermarkets, playgrounds etc Owner polite and willing to assist to make our stay more comfortable. Kitchen has all you need but it's quite small. Great to see recycling bins by the way. 1st floor apartment so it is easy to reach by lift or stares. Close to public transport.

Unfortunately we agreed that the place needs a deep clean since we found a lot of dust everywhere. Kids toys went under sofas and it was just too dusty to even look at. Kitchen a bit small for a group of 7 plus table legs dirty from spilled drinks so we felt let down. No heating for few days and water closure ..which should have been notified in advance since we travelled with small kids. The host tried to assist but we had to infrom of it at first..poor communication we assumed with the gas and water company. The apartment is too small for 2 adults and 5 kids ..beds are like children's single beds in one room so we slept the wrong way around just to fit all in with our legs dangling off of them. So not much sleep for us. One bedroom has two single made into a twin...that gap between the beds is uncomfortable! Room close to the main road is quite noisy ..as its next to the tramline. We tried to clean daily but no vaccummes worked. The 1st one was blocked and the second we got offered was not very powerful so maybe this is something the owner should invest in. Also draws in the hallway full of unnecessary stuff/ cables ...notes etc...really needs to be cleared. Bedroom spare sheets did not smell fresh at all so we just ended up washing the ones we had and hoped they will dry before the kids are due to go to sleep. We stayed for over 2 weeks so the sheets needed to be washed if uou wondered. The cleanliness was our main concern.

Objekat na izvrsnoj lokaciji,cist i prozračan. Apartman je opremljen svime što bi Vam moglo zatrebati tijekom boravka. Domaćin susretljiv i ljubazan

Best choice even the owner makes you feel welcome he even let us till late because we had late flight. Great service

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, and more. It was close to the city center, as well as a pastry shop and several restaurants. The owner was very helpful and kindly allowed us some extra time for check-out. Thank you very much!

I am very thankful..

I love that the apartment is connected really well to the city centre - it just takes one tram line to get to Trg bana Jelačića. Vedran is a brilliant host - everything was prepared for us and he was always available to answer questions. :)
