The apartment was spotless, and perfect for our needs, and it also had a parking space which is a plus. Also very quiet.

It was a little far from the center but it had tram stations at a 5 minute walk, but this is not an impediment.

Very large apartment in an older building on the longest boulevard in Zagreb, not quite in the city center but close enough. A couple of beautiful paintings on the walls as well. The underground parking across the street was very useful and easy to get to. The owner was helpful and provided detailed instructions for check-in and access. The internet connection was great and the owner also provided a lot of tourist information material. The building itself was quiet, we never heard anything from the neighbors and it seems that quiet hours are strongly enforced. There is also an elevator in the building, but we did not use it since the apartment is on the first floor and there are just a few steps to climb.

We stayed in the apartment in June and the weather was not too warm, so there was no need to use the air conditioning. We would have prefered not to turn it on and use up the electricity unnecessarily. Mosquito nets would have been useful in this case. The boulevard is also quite loud because of the traffic (there is also a tramway and it makes a lot of noise), but of course the owner is not responsible for that. I did not give the maximum grade for the cleanliness because there were places in the house where cleaning was clearly not been done or checked in a while, such as the bathroom drawers (some old partially used products) or the kitchen drawers (some of the cutlery and tableware was dirty when we arrived).

Flat was very comfortable, two bedrooms and big living room. It was very clean, balcony to the garden, parking place is very pretty benefit. Accomodation is near tram, in the centre we were about ten minutes. Vedran and his wife was welcomed us, they were very friendly and helpful.
