The apartment was really comfortable, spacious and amazing overall 😊 The kitchen is fully furnished (cups, plates, cutlery, pans, oven trays,...) and everything you need for a multiple day stay. We also received pods for both washing machines, clean towels and soaps in both bathorms. The owner is amazing and really cares about its tenants, and makes sure they're fully situated 🥹 The terrace is huge and smoking is allowed on it. The blinds are automated which was a cool feature as well 😄 Overall a 10/10 apartment in a quiet neighborhood and close to public transports. There's parking, convenience store and tobacco shop on the ground floor of the building. We'll definitely be visiting again in the future 😊✨

Some misscommunication about the key.

The AC was working, the place was FAIRLY clean. The guy at the apartment reception was the nicest thing about our stay as he was helpful when we were trying to check out.

The lock box was jammed, it was hard to get the keys out, we had an issue with ants as the days we stayed progressed so did the number of ants. The apartment's location is convenient but it is just as loud as it is conveniently placed. If you turned off the AC you were too hot, but if you just left the door to the balcony open it was too loud from the nearby parties and airplanes going by. There was only one pod for washing our clothes left behind even though we booked the place for 10 nights, it would have been nice to have at least TWO washing pods. The coffee machine was a non electrical old one and it wasn't too clean either. The walls were scribbled on, the curtain was slashed the sofa bed was squeaking. We had guests over for one night, the spare pillows had spill marks on them and the spare blankets had bloodstains as if someone dripped some blood on them. The sofa bed also had stains and was dusty. The pots and pans provided were mainly scratched and rusted. The "toiletry' provided was hand soap and dishwasher, no small toothpaste, no shampoo and no shower gel.

Location was great, room looked just as advertised, facilities worked. Overall great quality for the current price.

It was clean but harder to reach spots were missed. Bedsheets had blood stains on them. The water in Budapest is a bit bad this is however not the fault of the hotel.

The lockbox for keys was hardly opening. The block is very large so was not easy to find our apartment. For parking we have paid not just 10eur per day but 20eur per day, with the condition that half will be reimbursed afterward (still waiting), it is not that relevant that advanced payment. Also the instruction for parking we did not receive until we have asked them. Sorry for so many unpleasant things but that was the reality.

Absolutely amazing. Very clean and tidy. Especially how the kitchen had all the utensils you need from spoons to over racks. Overall, everything was enjoyable.

There isn’t anything specifically. However, there are some recommendations I have. First would be to take a photo of where the checkin keys are located at (lockbox). Second would be kitchen tool of opening bottles, such as wine and champagne. Finally, would recommend having both hand soap and shower gel for guests to use.
