Great location, good size of apartment, everything in hand! Facilities working well, secure area, close to shops and restaurants

The bathroom needs more deep clean! Needs to use bleach around the corner on the floor, tills also the bathroom curtain is in really bad condition! Bedrooms make noise at all the time! 🥲 hard to sleep

Spacious!!! Very comfortable

The location of this apartment at 1067 Budapest, 34 Eötvös utca is quite central, making it easy to get around the city. However, the stay had several issues that made it less enjoyable.

First, the cleanliness was disappointing — spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling were hard to ignore. The apartment is a renovated duplex, but the second floor has a low ceiling, so if you’re tall, watch your head, especially at night. The biggest issue was with the toilet. The pump behind it got clogged or broke, rendering it unusable for the last night of our stay. Although we called the host, they weren’t very helpful, and a repair technician was required but never came during our stay.

Location

It was cold inside and a little bit dirty. It’s nothing like the pictures that are uploaded. There was a huge spiderweb in one of the corner.

Great location in a wonderful old building.

Unfortunately, unit A and B have very thin walls, which was a problem when other guests were noisy.
