Noises, old building, toilet doors don't close.

Comfortable, big rooms. Two toilets. Fast response. Extremely fast reaction on the request to change thr hairdryer. Lots of offers and suggestions. Great location! Clean and beautiful!

No locks in the toilet rooms. Too early check-out and too late check-in.

Ok, one that may be viewed as positive -location (not too far from center and attractions) and Aldi store nearby.

First off(also my mistake) is that there was no air conditioning-believe me that you need it in the middle of July. There were two fans for 4 of us-did not help much. Then, we were provided with instructions how to access the parking garage but no info on door and room codes. Had to sweat outside and beg people to let us in the building. Owner did not respond to phone calls and contacted us via email hours later providing the info. Sweating outside with a family, waiting for someone to let you in the apartment and just to find out that there is no A/C was just the cherry on top. Then we went for the next thing -the shower drain would not drain the water. Had to reach again to the owner-this time she responded promptly with a mechanic who came to fix the drain. Lastly, there were spider webs and a spider in the bathroom. Needless to say, never staying nor recommending this place to anyone!

Everything was perfect. A cosy apartment with 2 large, spacious bedrooms, large living/dining room area. Everything you need in the kitchen - coffee machine, utensils etc. The apartment remained cool, even in the heat of summer! The location is fantastic, Aldi is right in front which is very convenient. Walking distance to public transport, and the airport bus stop is basically on your doorstep. Finding the apartment and checking in was smooth, great place to stay overall!

The apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four, as advertised. It was conveniently located near Kalvin Square, which is a public transportation hub. DeLonghi espresso maker. Supermarket (Aldi) directly across the street. The neighborhood had many nice places to hang out close to home after a long day of touring around the city.

The main problem was that the shower drain didn't work, which meant we couldn't have a decent shower for the entire stay. On top of that, there were several minor discomforts - on their own they wouldn't be worth mentioning, but collectively they became very tiresome: no mop, no umbrellas, no bottled water upon arrival, no toilet paper, bath towels were old and small, layer of dust under bed, crumbs under kitchen table, broken fingernails found in different rooms, flimsy pillows, very narrow individual comforters on double beds, the cleaner left a half-finished bottle of Coke in the room.

Great location, a few minutes from the bus, tram and metro stations. Well equipped with great central heating. Warm and cozy. The two bedrooms were separated enough so we felt more comfortable (we were a couple and a friend). Opposite a supermarket. Great and responsive host.

The only downsides (which didn’t bother us much at the end) were the bedsheets in one of the two rooms, which we think could be changed with newer ones, and the the fact that, in the large bedroom, the window roller did not work so more light and noise came into the room. We improvised however and somehow covered the windows. You eventually get used to the noise and the ambulances that pass by!
