Beautiful flat with view to the city. The host was very helpful

Location, quiet and spacious.

Bedsheets smell very bad and the mattress were dirty. The shower was unhygienic and the towels were discoloured (dirty?). One of the rooms smelled like smoke. Also, we had to pay rent in cash…

Location is a perfect! Apartment is a very clean with balcon,with good view on the street! 100m from walk zone! Amazing place for all people who will visit first time Debrecen!

Closer to city center. The apartment was clean and cozy.

I can't say that is something that I didn't like.

The leak of parking spaces.

The location was very good, it's centrally located so that you can get basic things such as groceries and a gym by foot. The apartment was spacious and it was good to study there. We arrived late in the night but could get the keys from the host regardless of that. The key dropoff was also easy.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Not only was the mattress bad but the sheet that was on the bed was as if it was made for a smaller bed and moved a lot during sleep, which was incredibly uncomfortable. The lie-down chair that is in the pictures was probably broken or something because it was leaning to one side, making it impossible to use. We were asked to pay by cash which was quite uncomfortable. Overall it felt like there had been little effort put into making the apartment comfortable, although it looked nice in pictures.

The owner was flexible with check-in time. We got extra towels upon request.

Our stay was unpleasant. The apartment was not clean. After our complaints the owner showed up with a very unprofessional and rude cleaning lady, who seemed to be taking it personally that we were not happy with her job. Smelly toilet, glasses covered with calc, smelly kitchen cupboards, shower covered with calc. Broken and stained armchair. One broken chair in the dining area. Couch full of stains. Broken light. Broken drawer in the bedroom. We needed to request for exta cutlery, as they only provided 2 of each (we were 3) The bedsheet was too small. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. The apartment feels like everything is cheap, poor quality. It might look good on the photos, but afer two years they are worn off. The owner didn't care much about our comfort, once the cleaning was partially done (surely they did nothing with the stained and broken furniture), he didn't bother to improve our stay.
