"This place has potential but luck of maintenance"

The location, the room size. The guy who gave the kyes was very nice and polite.

The place wasn't clean. Dust was everywhere. The table was sticky. Luck of lamps at evening it was too dark in living room. There was a strong smell of pesticides or something.

Everything was clean and tidy. I couldn't have chosen a better place. I have never been in a place where everything is just there for me. I am in love with the place.

The owner can't really speak English so it's a Google translate conversation. And he is not the friendliest person.
