Cozy apartment in the downtown

Nice location, friendly staff, nice apartment.

It could be more properly clean and it would be nice if you change the furniture, coz it's really broken and dirty, for example the table and the chairs were broken, the sofa on one side was completely broken and dirty with stains.

For a self-catering apartment, the kitchen was very poorly equipped and a little dirty. Rest of the apartment was great.

Spacious, sunny apartment with a cool bathroom and separate shower. 3 spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. The host responded immediately to our problem with the heating. Excellent location, playground, park, downtown, shopping center, restaurants all a few minutes away.

The kitchen equipment is not suitable for cooking, there are no dishes, the ones that are there are in bad condition, there are no knives, few cutlery, for example only two small plates. The sofa in the living room once saw better days, its original color can only be known from the photos, it is in bad condition and uncomfortable, it is ruined. The cleaning is not thorough, the bathrooms are nice and clean, but we did not use the bed in one of the bedrooms, for example, because there were so many foreign, long black hairs in it. Luckily there was another room. During the 4-day stay in the apartment under the rented apartment, renovation work was taking place throughout, and there was no chance to rest during the day. The host didn't know about this, he can't do anything about it, but it was very confusing for us.

The settee was badly marked and some redecorating needed.

The location is convenient, close to the old town and the mall as well, playground in front of the house, so super for families. The arrangement of the rooms is really good, and the host was nice and tried to accommodate our requests. There are mosquito nets installed on the windows, which is great!

Even though it's supposed to be a quiet area, and the apartment is marked as soundproofed, it is really loud at night. The windows don't block out noises at all, and there were lots of super loud motorbikes coming and going throughout the nights (all nights), which woke all of us up. Also, the apartment looks really nice any fancy, but there are lots of issues behind the facade (like there is a huge tv in each room, but there is no usable knife in the kitchen).
