Great location, walking distance to the city center, aquapark. Shopping mall at the end of the street, park across the street.Very clean. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms - as per description and photos. Easy and clear check-in.

Purchasing extra kitchen cutlery and ustensils is a simple, low-cost upgrade that will significantly enhance the guest experience. Municipality tax payment instructions in cash - could be updated as it creates confusion ( should all guests pay or just adults over 18). Both of these changes are easy to implement and offer substantial benefits to overall guest satisfaction.

Location right in the center, spacious appartment with 2 bathrooms

Building itself is a bit of basement feel, its dark, smels like in a basement. It doesnt apply to the apartment which is very ok.
